Cool Tool To Get Rid of Lower Back Muscle Strain

Got pain in your lower back?  Do you think it might be muscle strain?

Some people have too little curve behind their waist and some have too much curve.  This article is for the flat-backed folks who have too little curve behind their waist.

You used to have a curve in your lower back behind your waist.

The curve pointed inward toward your belly.  In fact, you HAD to have that curve in order to learn to walk.

But then you started spending more and more time sitting and less and less time using your legs.   🙁

And maybe you sat in poorly supported or slouching positions.  Maybe you use a laptop computer that kind of  ‘forces’ you to have lousy posture.

So now you have lower back muscle strain?  Of course you do because you lost that beautiful curve!

But you can get it back and start getting rid of your lower back pain.

Here’s a cool and easy way to get the curve back behind your waist.

Use a Nada Chair to support your waist when you are sitting or driving.  I’m not affiliated with Nada Chair but I have this “yoga training belt” and I really, really like using it!

It’s great for all kinds of sitting.  It helps people sit with your back in the optimal posture whether on the floor, camping, at a desk or in a car.

I have friends with back pain in their 70’s and 80’s who have had a lot of relief using this “support belt” when sitting.  My friend in her 80’s said it saved her editing career!

Here’s the link:  http://NadaChair.com There are pictures there and more information.  There’s even one you can wear when driving.

Using a support belt like this is a good way to start getting your lower back curve again and get rid of muscle strain in your low back.  It actually re-trains your muscles and soon you’ll be able to sit correctly automatically!

At the time of this writing, the Nada Chair is around $50 US.  Some might be more and some a bit less.  There are a few colors and any color works just fine for helping you get rid of your lower back muscle strain and pain.
