Causes for Upper Back Pain or Knots in Your Back

Pain in your upper back always has a cause.  It doesn’t happen “just because you’re getting old.”  It happens because your body is complaining.

Muscle knots in upper back
You can get rid of miserable muscle ‘knots’ in your upper back naturally!

Usually, it’s your muscles that are complaining!

The roles of muscles in causing pain are very commonly overlooked in the conventional medical field.  Your doctor was trained to treat symptoms with medication and surgery.  That is how most doctors were educated in most medical schools.

But there are steps you can take to prevent back pain and to get rid of back pain, simply and naturally.

When you discover the most common causes of your upper back pain you can get to work getting rid of those troublesome knots, spasms and burning sensations.

When your muscles are happy again they will stop complaining.

They will be saying:  “Ahhh!  Finally I am back in the neutral position that I love.  Nothing is pulling on me anymore.  This is the first vacation I have had in a long time.”

Oh, you didn’t know muscles can talk?  🙂

Almost every time you have pain or other uncomfortable sensations, that is the voice of a muscle talking to you.

You can quiet their noisy little (or loud) voices by figuring out what they are complaining about and changing it.

Your muscles complain about too little nutrition, not enough minerals (especially calcium, magnesium and potassium), being overstretched or strained, working too hard or too little, being in poor posture or positions that aggravate them.

They’d probably like a little more appreciation, too!

You do have a smart body!  It wants to be well.  And you CAN have natural pain relief (not just “pain management”) for those miserable knots in your back .

I’m looking forward to helping you get rid of the knots in your shoulders or neck or your upper back pain.  <– click if you’d like to learn more.
